FAQs

Why don't you eat veggies?

I hate veggies; they taste awful, and I don't digest them well. I've never eaten veggies and was never sick. It's okay if you eat and like veggies, but they're just not for me.

Why no fibers?

Whoever said you need fiber to have a good time at the toilet is mistaken. My feces are perfect. If you suddenly stop eating fibers after consuming them your entire life, you might have temporary issues, but your body will adapt. In my experience, cutting out fibers is for the best.

Aren't you sick of always eating the same thing?

Never. I avoid crap, specifically gluten, which I believe is a main reason many people are sick and overweight. Once you stop eating junk, you'll start enjoying simpler foods. My diet keeps me motivated, sharp, and fit. To add variety, I enjoy one cheat meal a week, which is entirely animal-based.
